The Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department of the Government of Karnataka, Bangalore, Argyam Institute, Bangalore and FES Institute, under a non-financial agreement, mainly for capacity development of the elected representatives of the Gram Panchayat, the community and the staff of various places of the Gram Panchayat, and training on the use of various technical tools for preparing technical action plans and mainly on the subject of documentation, evaluation and results of all processes, visited the Gubbi Shala C. Eno Vuri Gram Panchayat today and gave a lecture on Mahatma Gandhi

The program's special scientific and participatory action plan preparation is a key step in the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGA) Jalsanjeevini

The implementation of natural resource management works using geo-special technologies is carried out at various stages of the program, namely 

1. Socio-economic data compilation and activities, 

2. Water resource preparation, 

3. GIS based map preparation, 

4. Participatory Grammar Analysis (PRA),

 5. Footpath and site inspection. 

6. Preparation of draft plan. 

7. Ward Meeting, 

8. Approval of Village Meeting (Women/Weak/Children), 

9. Installation of works in GIS unit at all these stages

Practical video of the processes Documentation was done and natural resource development works were mainly water conservation design works.

In the first phase for the documentation of photographs of natural works, Panchayat Development Officers provided information about general statistics at the Panchayat level. Field visits were conducted by B TAE, TAH, BFT, GKM, TIEC to film the natural works of Jalsanjeevini. Video was also shot.

The Executive Officer of the Taluk Panchayat, Galadha Sri Ranganath J. B. and the President of the Gram Panchayat, Lakshmamma, Vice President, and members of the Panchayat were present during the registration process of the Vadiyala. Information was provided by Yuvraj, the development officer.
